Marketing Lead - Brand 3 – 6 Yrs.
  • Set up brand guideline framework for all products and ensure all content (text, images, videos) are as per guidelines, consistent in tone and messaging and optimized for search and user experience on all paid and organic channels
  • Build a channel specific content strategy to support online marketing initiatives by improving channel performance and creating brand awareness through data analysis
  • Lead market and consumer research initiatives for the brand and deliver actionable insights to business functions (Product, Marketing, Customer service teams etc)
  • Partner closely with the advertising, media, performance marketing teams to define campaign metrics to ensure ROI of brand spends
  • Ensure right messaging through use of research, direct data, A/B testing
  • Campaign design from brief creation to communication development and tactical execution – Create and own content calendar in sync with the inputs from marketing team members and ensure content is as per schedule and is compelling enough to improves CTR
  • Competitor benchmarking and market scanning to identify and recommend effectiveness plan on existing campaigns, new campaigns through consumer data analysis
  • 4+ Years of relevant brand management experience
  • E-commerce, start-ups, Premier B school background is a Plus
  • Strong on soft skills: excel, PowerPoint, communications.
