Marketing Campaign Manager 4 Years
  • Work with the Creative team/Art team/Agency to ensure timely execution of Campaigns
  • Co-ordinate with the creative team for promotional Emailers, SMSes and Push Notifications and organize their distribution through various Channels
  • Co-ordinate with the Support team for promotional Calls and Emailers to customers
  • Ensure that the company’s brand and identity is adhered to in Campaigns and in all Communication Channels
  • Running various A/B Tests on promotional materials for Campaigns
  • Engage in data analysis to optimise and improve Campaign performance
  • Measure effectiveness and ROI of Marketing Campaigns using a variety of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.)
  • Deliver regular Reports of Campaign results
  • Acquire insights in online Marketing trends, undertake research on Competitors and keep Campaign strategies up-to-date
  • Manage fulfilment of Prizes of various Campaigns
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management
  • Strong campaign management, marketing and relationship management skills
