Corporate Payment Gateway Specialist Minimum 3 years
  • Own and drive overall payment success rates and numbers by monitoring, routing or switching between gateways and payment methods to achieve healthy success rates.
  • Handle multiple payment methods of existing/new payment gateways.
  • Coordinate with various departments like Business Solutions, Operations, IT, Vendors, etc. to execute projects as per the requirements.
  • Manage transactional disputes and settle them in real time by coordinating with the Customer Experience department and vendors/gateway teams.
  • Perform alpha and beta tests for all payment-related products and applications on the Web, Android and IOS devices to enhance customer experience.
  • Work across multiple lines of the business to deliver value-added enhancement to customer transaction engagement platforms.
  • Do all operational work of Payments like settlement, Chargeback, payments follow up with Payment Gateway.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field.
  • Excellent numerical/analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Thorough knowledge of electronic/online payment systems and payment gateways’ processes and policies.
  • Basic understanding of financial reconciliation, settlement, and clearing.
  • Understanding of wallet.
  • Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of new-age payment systems.
  • Ability to interpret guidelines and conduct/ensure implementation is a basic requirement for the role.
  • Well-familiar with VISA, MasterCard, Rupay, Net-banking, NEFT, IMPS, NPCI & RBI regulations.
  • Eye for end-to-end product and customer experience, numbers and industry trends.
  • Capable of bringing new business alliances and managing existing relationships.
  • Proficient in office automation tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good understanding of product development, technology, and operational processes.
  • Basic knowledge of other systems used in online payment processes.
