Corporate Relationship Manager 2 to 7 years
  • Establish a personal relationship with players, creating an internal profile, allowing you to recommend tailored rewards, experiences and communication preferences
  • Outbound communication to get feedback of various offers and promotions
  • Be the POC for all the player issues and resolve them efficiently by working with CRM, product, payment and technical team
  • Develop and utilise a suite of engaging promotions to target your players
  • Knowledge sharing with other Player account managers
  • Promoting responsible gaming
  • Must have experience in Out bond calling and relationship management
  • Experience within an e-Gaming environment or E-com is preferable
  • Very personable, sociable and enjoy talking to people from all walks of life
  • Used software tools for managing and monitoring accounts
  • Comfortable with numbers and possess an analytical mind-set
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships and influence a diverse group of personnel
  • Experience of working with marketing services and product teams is desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Hindi or Kannada language preferable
