  • Evaluate the current systems and processes followed from HR operations standpoint and identify improvements areas
  • Create a plan with timelines for deployment of suggested changes and improvements or any additions required
  • Prepare SOP’s and Checklist for all operational tasks like Hiring, Employee Documentation, Onboarding, Salary Processing, Full & Final Settlement, Annual Appraisals and Salary Revisions
  • Gather feedback on the Onboarding/Induction and make continuous improvements and updates to the Onboarding and Induction process
  • Communicate the process for new hiring or manpower requisition to all Department Heads and ensure the same is followed and manpower is provided as per the SLA’s
  • Ensure the process for Full & Final Settlement is communicated, acknowledged by all and is being followed to ensure timely settlements within the SLA’s
  • Identify various sources to acquire fresh and experienced Talent to fulfill the organizational talent requirement
  • Create, enhance and constantly improve the Employee Referral Program and ensure a successful deployment of the same. Ensure the process is communicated and acknowledged and the Referral payouts are done on time
  • Gather employee feedback on a monthly/quarterly basis to identify areas of improvements to improve the Employee Satisfaction Score
  • Gather training and development requirements from the Departments on a quarterly basis and create a Training Calendar ensuring the training requirements are met within the quarter
  • Constantly monitor companies’ perception on Glassdoor and LinkedIn and how to improve the same
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in HR Operations role, prior experience in Gaming or Consumer Tech will be preferred
  • Hands on experience in managing HRMS tools like Keka, Darwin Box, Zing HR etc.
  • Hands on experience in managing Hiring (Internal and External)
  • Has ability to build solid relations with employees and able to drive Cultural change
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Has ability to quickly understand business requirements and partner business in getting the right Talent
