- Investigating suspicious withdrawal requests for any fraudulent activity and take appropriate action in line with the operating procedures.
- Processing withdrawal request of players and ensure all processes, work-flow and guidelines are followed.
- Investigating players accounts for suspected fraudulent activity and ensure all processes, work-flow and guidelines are followed.
- Verification of player authenticity by validating various details on player accounts.
- Any graduate (Engineers are not preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in any analytical or semi-analytical role, preferably in risk/fraud prevention/payments roles in online domain. Freshers shall be considered, provided they have excellent analytical skills.
- Should be analytical and methodical in approach.
- Attention to details and an investigative bent is desired.
- Good team player
- Ability to work and deliver in a fast paced environment, with tight deadlines.
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shift. Only male candidates are thus, requested to apply.
