Ensure input of all Sprint activities [Features, Bugs, Production issues] in the JIRA tool
Track and update JIRA tool for all activities and resources
Generate weekly burn down, Sprint activity etc. charts
Ensure task work-flow and related updates in JIRA tool
Ensure real time status update of all development and test activities w.r.t features, bugs, production issues etc.
Follow Agile process w.r.t Epic, story etc. w.r.t JIRA tool upkeep and running scrum meetings
Schedule and run various scrum meetings for respective Sprint releases within and across various teams including Dev, QA, Product Management etc. Publish meeting minutes with clear action items and ensure closure of all action items.
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree is required.
Knowledge of software development life-cycle.
Knowledge and experience working on Agile process.
Expertise in JIRA tool and its various features including burn down charts, status reports, management of various fields, Epic, Story, Story points etc.
Must understand concepts of software engineering.
Excellent command over verbal and written English, MS Excel, MS Word.
Very good negotiation and time management skills.
Minimum experience of 2 years working as a Scrum Master.
Exposure to Java, MySQL, Android, iOS etc. technologies
